Can I have a design that I like from a small box put onto a bigger box?
Generally, yes you can. Please be aware that some designs may look rather small on a bigger box.
Is it possible to have a box painted in a different colour?
Yes it is. The colour choice is Ivory, Lemon, Pale Pink, Pale Blue or Lilac. We have been asked for bespoke colours too: please contact us for further details.
When will I receive my box?
We suggest you allow 14 days from the point at which you place and pay for your order, having contacted us to discuss your requirements first. Your order will then be processed: Orders are processed in order of receipt of payment. It will take me approximately 5-7 days to complete your box (sometimes less if I am not too busy!). I will email you when I have put it in the post. My boxes are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels (unless you want next day delivery - at extra cost though!) and this takes 3-5 days. Generally I usually tell my customers to expect delivery of their order approximately 14 days after the order has been placed and paid for.
How much is your delivery charge?
We charge £7.95 for our large boxes, the rest of our boxes cost £4.50 to post. All our wooden memory and keepsake boxes are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, unless you need your box in a hurry! Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days.
What do I do if I am not satisfied with my box?
At Boxes and Boxes we strive to produce a high quality product. If you are not satisfied with your box please contact us within 7 days to discuss your needs further.
What happens if I have made a spelling mistake?
Sorry, there is nothing we can do about this.
What happens if Boxes and Boxes makes a spelling mistake on my box?
Contact us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the box to us. Send the box back to us in its original packaging within 7 days and we will correct our mistake free of charge.
Can I return a box which has been personalised?
Unfortuantely not. Every individually personalised box cannot be re-sold. No refund is available in this instance.
I would like a photograph putting on my box. What do I do?
Are your memory boxes lined with anything?
No. The boxes are unlined. Every box is made of solid lime wood and are themselves very attractive undecorated. We choose not to line the inside of the boxes because of this fact.

How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 48 hours of paying for your order. To do this, please telephone 07792 616839 or email info@boxesandboxes.co.uk. Cancellation requests received after this period cannot be processed as work will have commenced on your memory box.
What details do you keep about my order?
We do not keep any financial details about you at all. If you pay via Google Checkout or PayPal, those companies will keep details as per their Privacy Policy.
If you pay Boxes And Boxes directly via credit card, again, we will not keep, nor pass to any third party, any of your details whatsoever.
We do keep your email/contact details so we can contact you in case there is a problem.
